Message: Hi again...sorry for the large text in my last message...was in such a hurry to send it...my great grandfather William Stonehouse and his brother Jackson both maried William Saxby and Martha Mittens daughters...william from hartlepool to flora from battle and jackson from hartlepool to emma from battle...how on earth did they meet in the mid 19th century living 300 miles apart...william and flora came back to hartlepool and started a dynasty of farmers and butchers of which i was one for 25 years and the shop is still ran by my brother peter saxby stonehouse...jackson and emma moved to brighton and lived on kings road..jackson was a tailor...bye for now
